💡Where This Started

It started the way a lot of side projects do — out of mild frustration. During an ODI rain delay, sitting with a group of friends, the conversation went: "So what's the DLS going to be?" Someone grabbed their phone. Another person opened a calculator. A third was Googling the formula. Nobody had an answer for a good 3 minutes.

That felt like a gap worth filling. Not a fantasy cricket platform, not a live scores app — those already exist everywhere. What didn't exist was a simple, clean, fast website that does cricket math. The kind of math fans actually need during a match, without installing anything or handing over an email address.

"I wanted something I could open in under 5 seconds during the drinks break, get the required run rate, and put my phone back down. That was the entire brief."

So we built CricketCalc. It launched with five calculators, and that's still what it is today — five focused tools, each doing one thing properly, without any of the noise that usually clutters sports websites.

🧮The Five Tools We've Built

Every tool on this site came from a real situation — something we wanted to calculate quickly during an actual match:

Partnership Calculator Runs · Balls · SR
Strike Rate Calculator Batting · Economy · Bowling
Run Rate Calculator CRR · RRR · Projection
Overs ↔ Balls Converter Both directions
DLS Target Calculator Simplified resource model

More tools are planned as the site grows — bowling figures analysis, required economy calculators, and match result probability tools are all being considered. We build based on what fans actually ask for.

What We Stand For

CricketCalc is built around a few principles that don't move, no matter how the site grows:

🚫

No Sign-ups, Ever

You shouldn't need an account to use a calculator. Open it, use it, close it. That's always been the deal here.

Instant Results

Every calculation runs inside your browser. There's no server waiting for a response — it's just fast.

🏏

Cricket Only

No betting. No fantasy predictions. No affiliate links to platforms that make money off your decisions. Just cricket tools.

📵

No Tracking

We don't use analytics that profile you. What you calculate is between you and your browser — we never see it.

🌍Who This is For

Cricket is played in backyards and international stadiums. It's watched in living rooms across India, on phones in the Caribbean, and on pub screens in England. The game doesn't belong to any one kind of fan — and neither does this site.

CricketCalc is for the person at the ground who wants to know the required run rate after the powerplay. It's for the coach doing a quick post-match numbers check. It's for the group chat that's arguing about whether that century was actually impressive given the strike rate. It's for anyone who loves the game and wants to understand the numbers behind it a little faster.

We don't promote any form of betting, gambling, or fantasy cricket platforms. CricketCalc is strictly an educational and statistical tool for cricket fans and players. The numbers are here to help you enjoy and understand the sport — nothing more.
